Turquoise & Améthyste: a complete CRM to run wellness trips
Turquoise & Améthyste organises trips to swim with dolphins in the Red Sea and cruises on the Nile. Beyond the website, we developed a real CRM and booking system to manage the trips, the facilitators, the entire clientele and the profitability of each departure.
Our role · CRM & booking system

The context
Human-sized trips, complex management
Each trip brings together a group of travellers, one or more facilitators (yoga, breathwork, nutrition…), a boat, accommodation and a programme. Departures follow one another all year round, each with its own available places, prices and options.
Tracking all this in spreadsheets and inboxes no longer made it possible to see at a glance who was leaving when, with whom, and whether a departure was profitable.
What we built
A CRM covering the whole travel cycle
From the first enquiry to the traveller’s return, every step is tracked in a single tool.
Trips & departures
Creating themed trips, departure calendar, available places, prices and options per departure.
Bookings
Online booking from the website, registration tracking, waiting lists and real-time place management.
Facilitators
Facilitator profiles, themes, availability and assignment to departures: every facilitator knows where and when they’re going.
Clientele
The complete history of every traveller: past trips, preferences, communications and payments, to build loyalty.
Payments
Deposits, balances and due dates tracked per booking, with reminders at the right time.
Profitability
Revenue, costs and margin per departure and per trip: decisions are based on reliable figures.

Steering
Knowing whether a departure is profitable before it leaves
The CRM links bookings, costs and the team. For each departure, the team sees the occupancy rate, payments received, planned expenses and expected margin, and can adjust its communication or prices in time.
On the website side, the departure calendar and trip pages are fed directly by the CRM: a place booked online disappears from availability immediately, with no manual handling.
Day to day
What the team no longer does by hand
- 01Keeping the remaining places up to date for each departure
- 02Checking who has paid their deposit or balance
- 03Cross-referencing facilitators’ schedules with trips
- 04Recalculating a departure’s margin in a spreadsheet
- 05Copying website bookings into a customer file
