02Data we collect
We only collect the data we need:
- Contact form: name, company, email, phone number, your website address, needs, budget and message.
- Audience measurement, only with your consent: browsing data (pages viewed, visit length, device type, approximate location) collected by Google Analytics.
No data is collected without your knowledge, and we never ask for sensitive information.
03Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to your request and, where relevant, preparing a quote: pre-contractual steps taken at your request.
- Measuring the site’s audience to improve it: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
04Recipients
Your data is intended for the agency team. It is never sold, rented or transferred. We rely on technical service providers who act only on our instructions:
- Vercel: website hosting.
- Resend: delivery of emails sent from the contact form.
- Google: audience measurement, if you have accepted it.
05Transfers outside the European Union
Some of these providers are based in the United States. These transfers are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
06Retention periods
- Contact requests: three years from our last exchange, unless a business relationship is ongoing.
- Audience measurement cookies: thirteen months at most.
- Your cookie choices: six months, after which we ask you again.
07Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them, write to us at the email address shown above: we will reply within one month.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country: the CNPD in Portugal, the CNIL in France or the Data Protection Authority in Belgium.
